Glass Cullet Handling System for Manual Breakouts:
Manual Breakout Systems are designed to replace glass cullet trays underneath manual breakouts. The system is designed around a patent pending breaker roll and manual air table hoppers.
Typical manual cullet conveyor systems for manual breakouts include two air table hoppers, glass breaker roll, steel hinged belt conveyor and a cullet dumpster.

Auto Breakout Systems are designed to replace cullet trays underneath auto breakouts. The system is designed around a patent pending breaker roll which crushes glass cullet before transporting it into an inside dumpster or outside container.
Glass cullet can be collected from multiple auto breakout stations and manual cullet boxes and conveyed overhead and out of the plant to a shipping container or to an inside dumpster.
